Do I need to be a hotel to use FreeGuides?
No. FreeGuides works for a single apartment or holiday home as well as a hotel. Your guests get the same experience.
How do guests get to my guide?
Put the QR code inside the property and include your guide link in your check-in message, so it’s there before and during the stay.
Will the AI assistant contact me?
Yes. When Eli can’t solve something, or it’s urgent, it passes the guest to you using the email and phone number you set.
I host several properties. Can I manage them together?
Yes. Keep shared content, like your house rules and local tips, in sync, and edit each property’s details on its own.
How much does FreeGuides cost for Airbnb hosts?
Plans start at A$128 a month for Basic and A$200 for Premium. Your price depends on your property’s size and location; 4 listings in Australia pay A$150 for Basic and A$235 for Premium. Create your own demo or book a meeting for your exact price.
What is in each plan?
Basic: digital compendium, events & excursions and analytics dashboard. Premium adds local recommendations map, self-guided walking tours, the AI receptionist Eli, PMS integration & online check-in (rolling out now), upsell pop-ups & offers and loyalty tools (coming soon). Group: everything in Premium, plus shared branding, brand compliance, group analytics, shared ESG goals, shared loyalty, group billing and group insights across your properties, priced together.
Do you charge per listing?
Not per listing. You pay one monthly price for the property, set by its size (under 100 listings, 100 to 249, or 250 and over) and its location.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Setting up is free, and your 10-day free trial starts once guests are scanning your QR codes. You choose a plan after that.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Pay month to month and cancel any time, or commit for 6 months to 3 years for 5% to 20% off. Paying a year up front takes off another 10%.
Are the QR codes included?
Yes. 200 QR stickers are free. Wooden stands and key cards are available if you want them.
