Platform Basics & Value

A digital guest experience platform that uses a single QR code to provide guests all the information they need both inside the property and outside. Guests travel to explore their destination; they want to explore like a local, seeing and tasting the best. Typically, guests ask the front desk for advice, but you only have a few minutes to give them a memorable experience. Instead, they simply scan the QR code for everything they could possibly need.

To solve the "Gelato Problem"—where a guest asks reception for a tip, but the staff member isn't a local and doesn't know the best spots. Now guests simply scan the QR code, click recommendations, and see property-approved spots with your own insights like the best flavours to try or even discounts.

It eliminates "QR clutter." One scan covers everything from the Wi-Fi password to a food tour.
