The "General Info" section of your profile. It's a place to put all possible information about your property—not just regular stuff like check-in/checkout times, breakfast, and smoking policies, but interesting things like what makes your city unique or regional delicacies.
Make it valuable to your specific guests. E.g., a property in Venice may add a section on the history of the canals and how they stop flooding.
Click "Add Category" at the bottom of the "General" tab.
Click the pencil next to the title and choose from our library.
Data shows guests care most about 3 things: Wi-Fi, check-in/out times, and breakfast time. Highlights put this info front and centre.
No, but it only shows after a guest scans the QR code.

8–12 is the "sweet spot" for scannability, but you can add as many as you want. If it gets long, use more accordions.
In the Compendium, add a button using the button tool. Paste your Spotify playlist URL as the link. You can add multiple playlists across different categories like "Chill Vibes" or "Party Music".
Create a hidden category in your Compendium (e.g., "Eli Training" or "Staff Secrets"). Add accordions with common guest questions and your preferred answers. Hide the category so guests can't see it, but Eli will still read and use that information when answering questions. This is perfect for prioritising your in-house restaurant or nearby partner venues.
Create a hidden Compendium category with questions like "What are the best restaurants near the hotel?" and list your preferred places (e.g., your in-house restaurant, Ristorante Arturo next door) in the answer. Eli uses the Compendium as her primary source of truth, so she'll prioritise your written recommendations over general map results.
Yes! Create a hidden category called "How to Respond" and write instructions like "Respond in a friendly, professional tone" or "Always mention our breakfast special when relevant." Eli will follow these guidelines.
