You'll also learn more about the life and legacy of Jim Thompson and his impact on the silk industry.\n\nA visit to Jim Thompson House costs 200 baht for adults and 100 baht for children. I highly recommend taking a guided tour to learn more about the fascinating history of the house and its collections.\n\nOne tip I have for you is to arrive early in the morning to avoid the crowds. The house gets quite busy during peak hours, and you'll have a more enjoyable experience if you can explore at a more leisurely pace.\n\nSo, let's head inside and discover the magic of Jim Thompson House."},{"type":"img","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2FLiving-room-Jim-Thompson-House-Bangkok%20(1).jpg?alt=media&token=109587d0-e2b2-4f23-b9a5-350e15c374f2"},{"type":"img","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2Fjim-thompson-house-bangkok.jpg?alt=media&token=48d179ed-a6ac-4869-8573-36b7e409c778"},{"type":"img","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2Fjim-thompson-house-bangkok-5bbe496546e0fb0026c4dca2.jpg?alt=media&token=38b1459a-abec-400d-a81c-69e0b813c369"},{"type":"link","content":"https://jimthompsonhouse.org/"}]},{"address":"Chatuchak weekend market muslim prayers room","location":{"longitudeDelta":0.14321712068773834,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"latitude":13.799841753900541,"longitude":100.54897184999999},"media":[{"type":"text","content":"# Chatuchak Market"},{"type":"text","content":"Chatuchak Market - The last stop on our tour, also a place for you to discover Thai cuisine.\nAs a local, I can tell you that this is one of the biggest and most famous markets in Bangkok, with over 15,000 stalls.\n\nBelieve it or not, this market is only open on weekends and attracts over 200,000 visitors every day it's open!\n\nWhen you visit, be sure to wear comfortable shoes because we'll be walking a lot. And don't forget to bring cash because not all the stalls accept credit cards.\n\nAs we walk through the market, you'll see a variety of items for sale, including clothing, accessories, antiques, and souvenirs. There are also many food stalls where you can try delicious local food.\n\nIf you're looking for a unique souvenir to take home, I recommend visiting stall number 29 in section 8. This stall sells handmade items from hill tribes in Northern Thailand, such as intricate woven fabrics and beautiful silver jewelry.\n\nWhile the market can be overwhelming at times, my advice is to take your time and explore each section. You never know what hidden treasures you might find!\n\nAdmission to the market is free, but be prepared to bargain with the vendors for the best price. Just remember to be polite and respectful during negotiations.\n\nI hope you enjoy your time at Chatuchak Market and find some amazing souvenirs to take home with you!"},{"type":"audio","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2Fsynthesized_audio%20(3).mp3?alt=media&token=afaafb69-286d-426a-b5f5-3105f1cc9e63"},{"type":"img","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2F15012023214359_1565253662.jpg?alt=media&token=b8ee002c-f6b6-48b9-92a3-f61803b5c186"},{"type":"img","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2Fbest-shops-in-chatuchak-market-2.jpg?alt=media&token=6230b50a-d52e-4758-9112-a09273576ec4"},{"type":"img","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2F15012023214401_1565260193.jpg?alt=media&token=9a2f28f0-ce55-49ad-bff2-85392dc9a09b"},{"type":"video","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FKZ9SjBQKl55UZpY0Gsl3%2FSnaptik.app_7165817771958226178.mp4?alt=media&token=106fe4e1-b93a-438d-8f47-8788df3b1277"}]}]
