Triple fun of Umina, Pearl and Patonga Beach

Hop on to the train that connects to Woy Woy station. Make sure you are well equipped for this adventurous hike as it may be tiring because you will be covering a lot of distance on foot. Also the train ride is approx one and a half hours. We went on a Sunday when the opal rates had not been revised yet. The bus ride to the south end of Umina Beach takes around 15 minutes. Check google maps for exact timings and TripViewLite app as well."},{"type":"text","content":"Walking along the rocks at Umina Beach can be slightly risky during high tide, so be cautious. It’s very important to read the signs for directions."},{"type":"text","content":"This is an easy track to follow. You will reach on top to Warrah Lookout. The lookout provides great views over the Hawkesbury river estuary, Palm Beach and Barrenjoey Head."},{"type":"text","content":"If you keep following down the steep track you will reach the north end of the Patonga beach."},{"type":"text","content":"I spotted a Masked Lapwing bird also known as the spur winged plover while taking the trail.
