[{"address":"La Colonna","location":{"longitudeDelta":0.10218818160659443,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"latitude":43.30931136496972,"longitude":11.316931600000014},"media":[{"type":"text","content":"Hello everyone!\nMy name is Dejnilson, i grew up in the city of Siena and i love eating good traditional food.. these are two valid reasons why you should trust me!\n\nIn this experience I will show you the top 5 traditional restaurants in Siena in my opinion.\nin these restaurants you can eat the main local dishes such as:\n°cured meat of cinta senese\n°crostini with fegatini\n°pici (with cacio e pepe, with ragù..)\n°pappardelle with wild boar ragout or with hare ragout\n°trippa alla senese\n°ossobuco alla senese\n°meat of: wild boar, hare, deer, wood pigeon.. \n\nI'll start this experience with Ristorante La Colonna, situated a little bit outside the historical centre.\nThere is a free parking right near the restaurants, it is called \"Parcheggio libero con distributore di acqua gratis\", (in the parking there is also a free water dispenser). \n\nThe owner of this restaurant is Federico, for everyone \"Ghigo\".\nGhigo is the most classic example of \"Tuscan truthfulness\" and is known throughout the city for his game dishes, which he often personally hunts to bring it to the tables of his restaurant.
