We spoke limited Japanese and she didn't speak any English, so she downloaded Google translate on her own accord to be able to communicate easier with us. Walking in you kinda feel like you’re in a zoo. You can sip a coffee and hold a snake, or eat some ice cream and pet an iguana. It’s definitely unique. The staff are super friendly and informative about the different animals. You can also hold smaller animals like lizards if you’re a bit squirmish.
