It’s a beautiful view! Take the walk if you have time.\n\nI wasn’t sure this was the hill of memory until I noticed in one of the reviews that the reviewer had walked up Schrader St., the street I lived on back then.\n\nCoincidently, I wrote a poem about the view, which originally appeared in Open Thought Vortex and is now in my second collection, Having Lived. I hope it provides some inspiration.\n\nThe Star\n\nI’d never met another on that steep hill’s summit.\n\nWild flowers grew as they would along a country lane:\nsunset 
highlighting petals.\n\nI stood on jagged rock, vastness of skyline and bay below.\n\nA star appeared through sheer clouds: that instant

This is a good beach with good views. We were here over the 4th of July weekend, and the beach was packed with people - way overcrowded. During slower times, this would be a good place to sit for awhile and relax. The beach is not huge, but fairly long.
