About this experience
According to the government plan adopted in 1995, the government of Bangladesh took measures to establish it. It was designed by the then Deputy Director of Public Works Department , Ali Imam . The design was approved at the Ecnec meeting held on 17 March 1997 and construction began on 17 July 2000.
